Blacktown International Sportspark Sydney, formerly Blacktown Olympic Park is the heart of sport in Western Sydney, with almost ½ million visitors per year.

Developed as a major playing and training venue for Athletics, Baseball and Softball for the 2000 Sydney Olympic Games, the Park has continued to grow and develop, welcoming AFL, Cricket and the International Goalkeepers Academy to the ‘family’ over the past 10 years.

Owned by Blacktown City Council and managed by Blacktown Venue Management Ltd (a company wholly owned by Council), the venue is ‘home’ to two national sporting teams - the GWS Giants (AFL) and the Sydney BlueSox (Baseball).

The Wave Pool at the Blacktown Leisure Centre is the only wave pool in Western Sydney and can generate waves up to 1.5 metres – the most consistent surf in Greater Sydney! It’s aquatic fun at it’s very best – and the waves are only part of the excitement. Try the 25m indoor pool, gym, squash court or get involved in one of the many indoor sporting competitions such as netball and soccer.
