Blacktown City Council is working with the NSW Government to develop a Place Identity and Place Framework that sets a direction for the future of our City Centre.

While the City Centre is full of places with potential, and we already have some exciting building projects in the works, it is the soul of Blacktown that will make it a city full of places to love - and we want you to help us shape this future vision.

Join us for this online, interactive workshop to help shape the future of our CBD as we explore a number of key questions, including:

What is it that makes Blacktown a special place?
How do we ensure our CBD celebrates our past, as we move into the future?
How can our City Centre better respond to the needs of the community?
What is the community's vision for the CBD?
How do we create places that we can all love?
This workshop is hosted by Blacktown City Council and the NSW Department of Planning, Industry and Environment with support from project consultant's JOC Consulting.

For more information on the project head to the Council webpage, or click here (https://www.dpie.nsw.gov.au/premiers-priorities/great-public-spaces/festival-of-place/places-to-love) to find out more about the NSW Government's Places to Love program.
